Jiangsu Xin Meng / JSXM, established in August 2019, is located in Wuzhong Economic Development Zone, Suzhou. The company is committed to providing comprehensive solutions for ENEPIG and FOUP cleaning equipment in the fields of substrate manufacturing, integrated circuits and advanced packaging.

Since its establishment, JSXM has been developing at a high speed. Currently, it has 400 employees, among which 40% are technical R&D personnel. The company owns nearly 10,000 m² of Class 1,000 clean rooms, Class 10,000 clean rooms, and R&D center. The compound annual growth rate of its revenue in the past three years has exceeded 100%. JSXM always believes that innovation drives the  development and continuously strived to reach new heights in semiconductor high-end wet process equipment technology. The first domestically developed fully automatic ENEPIG electroless plating equipment has currently achieved the highest market share (> 90%) in China. The self-developed fully automatic FOUP cleaning equipment has successfully broken the foreign monopoly and has been verified by leading domestic semiconductor enterprises.
